Lonely

I decided today that the worst feeling in the world is....feeling lonely. When you are used to someone always being around to go and do simple stuff like going to the store with you and then things change and that person isn't there anymore it's such an awful feeling. So if anybody can relate just know I feel your pain and give me a call because most likely I am feeling lonely too...

Hope

Today I gave a talk on the topic of Hope. I used President Uchdorf's talk called "The Infinite Power of Hope" from this last general conference. This is an amazing talk! If you have not gone back to read it you should! From this experience today I have a lot more hope for the future and I am so much happier! To me this just goes to prove that Heavenly Father knows us so personally that he even knows when to prompt your leaders to have you give a talk on a certain subject! From President Uchdorf's talk I found my new favorite quote and I would like to share it with you....

"No matter how bleak the chapter of our lives may look today, because of the life and sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we may hope and be assured that the ending of the book of our lives will exceed our grandest expectations."

Surviving!

Ok so I survived my talk in church today and I survived this last week! I have a feeling that this week is bound to be even busier!! One thing that I know I can always rely on though is my great group of friends! Thanks girls for the awesome time yesterday! We went to lunch and to a play and Becca did amazing!! Sorry I forgot my camera again!! I promise I will get better at taking more pictures to post! I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Families Are Forever

Firsts...

Hey everyone! This week has had a lot of firsts...and crazy ones at that!  This is my first post on my first blog I have ever created.  Also the most crazy thing I have done this week is I drew someone's blood at the doctors office I work at!  It was my first time and yes I did feel a bit faint, but by the third and fourth draw I was not even getting light headed:) Well I also have my first real experiment in microbiology lab on Wednesday so we will see how that goes...anyways my life right now can be described by a lot of first time experiences and I will share them with you and gt some pictures on here soon:)
