Weight Watchers!

So I know, I know you are all thinking why is she doing weight watchers!? Well I am just trying to lose a few pounds before I go to Hawaii in April, but it is so hard! I am hungry all the time even though I feel like I eat less than a bird right now! Oh well, everyone says my body will adjust. I just hope it is soon:) Anyways random stuff I know but I need all the support I can get I guess.

  1. Ah! I totally need to do this! I still have 10-15 lbs of my pregnancy weight to lose! I hope you reach your goal and maybe i'll starta weight wathers program of my own!

  2. Pick the right foods (that are very low points) but high in other things, like fiber and protein and you won't feel hungry. When I started this with your mother last year, I went through withdrawals, felt like a burgeler sneaking into the fridge at all hours of the night just trying to get satisfied. I hit the fat free sugar free NO POINTS jello like a wild animal, and did the same for the fat and sugar free puddings to get some sweet snacks and that helped a ton.

    Now I am a little more motivated as I just received an email from my boss paying each employee who can lost 25lbs in the next 60 days $250 in cash... I wanted to lose it anyway but who am I to pass up some easy (I hope :) ) money.

    Keep it up Sade, just adjust what you eat, try new things, search the internet for all the sweet treats (as I know you are a sweet treat-aholic) and you will find plenty to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full while staying under your points.
